In September, Tacoma’s Noo finally released this collection of work he’s been sprinkling on SoundCloud over the past year or so. He wrote all these chill, autobiographical and groovy beats and bars himself, and is a talented marketing guru, too. On album closer, “Black Enterprise,” he lays out his formula for success, and, indeed, this record dropped with deft coordinated intention: An appearance on KEXP, a release show at Cafe Red, a large limited-edition merch collection, and a video for lead single “Stick To The Plan.”
